Purchases made through Loved by Lovesac can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. To start a return, contact loved@lovesac.com—after 14 days, returns are no longer accepted, but our Limited Resale Warranty may apply.

Warranty
We inspect all products with a multi-point inspection to ensure everything is in a structurally sound condition. Sactionals Hard Components (Seat Frames, Sides, Clamps, Feet and Shoes) are guaranteed for life against manufacturer defects excluding disclosed resale quality tier states.
Soft pre-loved pieces (covers, back-pillows, and seat cushion inserts) are guaranteed against manufacturer defects with a 1-year warranty excluding disclosed resale quality tier state.

Shipping
At this time, our resale program only ships within Georgia, Maine, Montana, Oregon, South Carolina, and Texas —shipping is completely free. While Lovesac typically offers free shipping within the 48 contiguous United States for Lovesac.com purchases, the resale program is currently limited to Texas only. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico, APO addresses, PO Boxes, or any international locations. Merchandise will be left at the shipping address doorstep and does not require a signature.

How is it shipped
Sactional Seats, Sides, and Covers are shipped in separate boxes, designed to maximize shipping efficiency.
Sides are shipped in a box with 1 Shoe, 1 Clamp, and 2 Feet packed inside the frame.
Seats ship with 1 Shoe, 1 Clamp, and 4 Feet, with the Seat cushions and Back Pillows inside the Seat Frame.
Wedge Seats ship with 2 L-shaped Shoes, 1 Clamp, and 4 Feet, with the Back Pillow inside the Seat Frame and the Seat cushion outside the frame.
Items will not always arrive on the same day.
